The hotel offers large rooms across a busy street, part of the Sun Club, with a bad sewer smell when the AC is off. On the bright side, the service is great, with very helpful and friendly staff available for assistance with various amenities. Located conveniently close to historical downtown and Mambo Beach club, the hotel provides opportunities for exploration. The dining experience, while providing a mix of foods, had some issues with the availability of beverages. The facilities offer a mix of positive and negative aspects to consider.
The hotel's rooms, though spacious, required multiple requests for basic services, which was disappointing for an all-inclusive resort. The service was efficient but lacked warmth, while the location provided easy access to the historical downtown area. The dining options were average, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and had a fantastic ocean view. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was ready exactly at 3 pm as promised. However, the service left something to be desired, especially at the Japanese restaurant where the wait for a drink was quite long. The location was stunning, right on the beach with comfortable poolside amenities. The dining experience had its ups and downs with good breakfast options but occasional shortages. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
